36 ounces Nestle Tollhouse chocolate chip cookie dough, room temperature
1 cup roughly chopped Oreo cookies
½ cup Biscoff crunchy cookie butter
Ice cream, optional
Chocolate syrup, optional

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Fold the chopped Oreo cookies into the chocolate chip cookie dough. Add cookie butter and fold only a few times to swirl the cookie butter into the cookie dough. Careful not to fully mix-in the cookie butter.
Transfer the cookie dough to a 9 or 10-inch cast iron skillet. Evenly press the cookie dough into the skillet.
Bake the cookie skillet in the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden but the center is very soft and slightly undercooked.
Top with any ice cream, if desired, then drizzle with chocolate syrup. Serve warm.
