Strawberry Fruit Leather (Roll-Ups)

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons wildflower honey

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200℉. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. In a blender, add strawberries, honey, and salt. Blend together until a smooth puree.

  3. Pour the puree onto the prepared baking tray. Evenly spread the puree using an off-set spatula.

  4. Bake the puree for 6-6½ hours, or until the fruit leather is no longer sticky to the touch.

  5. Allow the fruit leather to cool completely on the baking tray. Use a pair of clean, sharp scissors and cut the parchment paper, with the fruit leather still attached, into 6-8 even strips. Starting at the short end of the strip, gently roll the fruit leather into a coil.

  6. Store the fruit leather in an air-tight container. Enjoy!
