3 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
2 tablespoons wildflower honey
¼ teaspoon salt

Preparation
Preheat oven to 200℉. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a blender, add strawberries, honey, and salt. Blend together until a smooth puree.
Pour the puree onto the prepared baking tray. Evenly spread the puree using an off-set spatula.
Bake the puree for 6-6½ hours, or until the fruit leather is no longer sticky to the touch.
Allow the fruit leather to cool completely on the baking tray. Use a pair of clean, sharp scissors and cut the parchment paper, with the fruit leather still attached, into 6-8 even strips. Starting at the short end of the strip, gently roll the fruit leather into a coil.
Store the fruit leather in an air-tight container. Enjoy!
