1 box Ghirardelli dark chocolate brownie mix
1 large egg
¼ cup whole milk
½ cup vegetable oil
1 large (10-inch) premade graham cracker pie crust
8 ounces large marshmallows

Preparation
Preheat oven to 325℉.
In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, egg, milk, and vegetable oil. Mix well until smooth and no clumps of mix remain.
Pour the batter into the pie crust. Use a silicone spatula to evenly spread the batter.
For ease of baking, place the filled pie crust onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake the brownie pie for 40-50 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove brownie pie from the oven and let it cool for 45 minutes then arrange marshmallows over the brownie.
Put the brownie pie back into the oven and broil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown. Watch carefully so they don’t burn!
Remove the pie from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
