½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup whole milk
2 large eggs
2½ tablespoons granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tablespoons salted butter
Powdered sugar, for dusting

Preparation
Preheat oven to 425℉. Place a 9-inch oven-safe skillet in the oven while preheating.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Use a hand mixer on medium speed to blend well and remove any clumps.Â
Once the oven has preheated, remove the skillet and add the salted butter. Use a basting brush to brush the melted butter along the bottom and sides of the skillet.
Slowly pour the batter into the hot buttered skillet. Use a heat-proof spatula to evenly spread the batter across the bottom.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then reduce oven to 375℉ and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes. The center should be lightly browned, and the edges will be darker browned.
Remove from the oven and cool in the skillet for a few minutes then dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately. Enjoy!
