Ingredients
½ cup salted butter, meltedÂ
½ cup Bee Friends Farm Cinnamon Creamed HoneyÂ
1 cup greek yogurt, plain and unsweetened
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
6 large eggsÂ
8-10 frozen cheese blintzes, not thawed

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350℉.Â
Pour the melted butter into the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish, and arrange the blintzes in the pan.
Whisk together the honey, yogurt, vanilla, and eggs. Pour the egg mixture over the blintzes until fully covered.
Bake for 60-75 minutes until the egg mixture is set and the top has lightly browned.
Cool for 15 minutes then enjoy!
