1 box Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix
1 large egg
¼ cup whole milk
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup butterscotch chips

Preparation
Preheat oven to 325℉. Like an 8x8 glass baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine brownie mix, egg, milk, and vegetable oil. Mix well until smooth.
Transfer the batter into the prepared baking dish and evenly spread the batter.
Melt the butterscotch chips in a small bowl. Microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.Â
Spoon small dollops of melted butterscotch across the brownie batter. Use a knife to gently swirl the butterscotch into the brownie batter.
Bake the brownies for 45-60 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the dish before removing and cutting. Enjoy!
