Roasted Parmesan and Black Pepper Potatoes

  • 48 ounces small round potatoes

  • 2 cups parmesan cheese, shredded

  • ½ tablespoon ground black pepper

  • ½ tablespoon garlic powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425℉. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. Wash and slice all potatoes in half the set aside.

  3. Pour parmesan cheese onto the lined baking tray and spread it evenly across the bottom. Sprinkle with pepper and garlic powder.

  4. Nestle each potato into the cheese, cut-side facing downwards.

  5. Bake potatoes in the oven for 20-30 minutes, or until they are lightly golden and tender when pricked with a fork. 

  6. Allow the potatoes to cool on the baking tray for 5 minutes then serve immediately.
