Ingredients
1 frozen deep dish pie crust, thawed
1 cup smoked gruyere cheese, shredded
½ cup caramelized onion, diced
½ cup cooked bacon, chopped
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
8 large eggs
â…“ cup whole milk
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder, to taste

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Using a fork, poke holes along the bottom and sides of the pie crust. Sprinkle half of the cheese on the bottom of the crust.
In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs, milk, and spices and whisk together until well combined.
Add onion, bacon, and spinach to the egg mixture and stir together using a fork.
Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust and top with remaining cheese.Â
Place quiche on a baking tray, and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the quiche to cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before serving.
