Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375℉. Lightly grease an unlined 12-count muffin pan.

  2. One at a time, unroll each crescent roll sheet onto a cutting board. Evenly spread â…“ cup of butter over each sheet, covering the entirety. Sprinkle each dough sheet with â…“ of shredded parmesan cheese.

  3. Starting at the longer end of the dough sheet, carefully roll the dough. Cut the rolled dough in half, creating two smaller rolls.

  4. Cut the rolled dough again, but this time along the length (like a hotdog bun). Hold one end of the cut dough and coil it around. Place each coil into the prepared muffin pan. Repeat with remaining dough sheets.

  5. Use a basting brush to lightly brush the top of each cruffin with the melted butter.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cruffins are golden brown.

  7. Remove from the oven and cool in the muffin tray for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Serve warm. Enjoy!
