Easy Cheesy Garlic Knots

  • 1 tube Pillsbury pizza crust dough

  • ½ cup salted butter, melted

  • 6 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ cup shredded Italian-blend cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400℉. Lightly spray a standard 12-count muffin pan with cooking spray.

  2. Unroll the pizza dough onto a cutting board or piece of parchment paper. Using either a sharp knife or a pizza cutter, cut the dough into 12 equal strips.

  3. Wrap the dough around itself, creating a knot shape. Place the knot into the prepared muffin pan. Repeat with remaining dough strips.

  4. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. Mix well. Use a spoon to evenly divide the garlic butter over each of the dough knots. Sprinkle the garlic knots with cheese.

  5. Bake the garlic knots in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow the knots to cool in the pan for 3 minutes before removing. Serve warm. Enjoy!
