8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
½ cup freshly chopped chives
2 tubes crescent roll dough
1 large egg
Everything seasoning, for sprinkling

Preparation
Preheat oven to 375℉. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Combine cream cheese and chives in a bowl. Mix well.
Unroll crescent dough and separate into four rectangles.Â
Divide the cream cheese into four portions. Shape into a log the same length as the longest side of the crescent dough rectangle. Put on top of the dough.
Roll the dough into the log. The cream cheese should be on the inside.
Pull the two ends of the dough towards each other and pinch together, creating a bagel shape. Place the bagels onto the baking tray.
Whisk the egg and brush the tops with egg wash. Sprinkle with seasoning.
Bake for 9-12 minutes or until deeply golden. Cool for a minute before serving warm.
