
Ingredients
8 ounces block sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon table salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
â…› teaspoon paprika
¼ cup unsalted butter, cubed
2 tablespoons whole milk
Flaky salt, for sprinkling

Preparation
Preheat oven to 325℉. Line two baking trays with parchment paper and set aside.
In the bowl of a food processor, add cheddar cheese, flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Pulse on low speed a few times until well-combined.
Add butter and milk. Pulse again until a crumbly dough forms.
Pour the crumbles out onto a solid surface and knead with your hands until a smooth dough forms. Roll the dough out very thin, â…›-inch or less.Â
Use a pizza wheel or a fluted pastry cutter to cut the dough into 1-inch squares. Transfer the dough squares to the prepared baking trays. Use a small wooden skewer (or chopstick) to poke a small hole in the center of each square. Sprinkle with flaky salt.
Bake the crackers in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crackers are a deep golden brown. Allow the crackers to cool completely on the tray then store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
