Bake with Me

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉.

  2. Heat a large skillet with a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until soft. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

  3. Add ground beef and Taco Seasoning. Cook until browned and crumbly. Remove from heat.

  4. Pour beef mixture into an 13x9 glass baking dish and evenly spread across the bottom. Cover with salsa con queso.

  5. Layer the diced tomatoes over the queso then add the refried beans and spread. Top with shredded cheese.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and dip is bubbly. If browned cheese is desired, switch oven to broil on medium for 2-3 minutes after baking. Watch closely so the cheese doesn’t burn.

  7. Allow the dip to cool for 5-7 minutes then top with guacamole and salsa. Serve warm with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
