1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 small brie wheel
1 tablespoon cherry jam
1 large egg
1 teaspoon whole milk

Preparation
Preheat oven to 400℉. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
Gently roll out the puff pastry on a flat surface. Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut the pastry lengthwise into strips, about ½-inch wide.
Scoop the jam over the brie and evenly spread it across the top.Â
Wrap the puff pastry strips around the brie in various directions, tucking the two ends under the brie.Â
Combine the egg and milk in a small bowl and whisk together. Use a basting brush to brush the egg wash over the puff pastry.
Bake the brie in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with apples, grapes, or crackers. Enjoy!
