Ingredients
16 ounces fresh brussels sprouts
1 cup uncooked applewood smoked bacon, chopped
2 tablespoons Bee Friends Farm Wildflower Honey
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation
Preheat oven to 425℉. Like a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
Wash brussels sprouts and cut in half. Place in a large bowl.
Add bacon, honey, spices, and olive oil to the sprouts. Mix well.
Pour sprouts mixture onto prepared baking tray. Spread into a single layer.
Roast sprouts for 20-30 minutes, or until sprouts are browned. Stir mixture halfway through baking time.
Allow to cool on baking tray for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
