Ingredients
1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ cup Bee Friends Farm Gallberry Honey
½ carved applewood smoked ham, about 3 pounds

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and lightly grease with cooking spray. Set aside.
2. Combine sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl. Mix well. Add honey and stir until fully combined.
3. Place ham on baking tray. Score the top with a sharp knife, careful not to cut too deep.
4. Evenly coat top of ham with sugar-honey mixture. Pack down tightly.
5. Bake ham in the oven for 45-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140℉.
6. While the ham is baking, the sugar-honey will start to melt onto the tray. Brush the mixture back over the ham, every 15 minutes.
7. Once fully cooked, remove from the oven and allow the ham to rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
